Kendra Fretz

Kendra Elizabeth Fretz is the Development Coordinator for the Byerschool Foundation. A Philadelphia native and graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Kendra works to provide equal educational opportunities to Philadelphia's younger generation. She manages the foundation's grant operations, handles its participation in the PA Educational Improvement Tax Credit program, and analyzes research to be used in their fundraising efforts. She works closely with the school's Leadership Team, aligning fundraising activities with the school's goals and programs.

Vanessa Gelbaugh

Vanessa Gelbaugh is the Executive Assistant to Laurada Byers. She received her BA from Bloomsburg University in English. Now residing in Fishtown, Vanessa was born in Philadelphia and raised in the suburb of Cheltenham. Prior to joining the Byerschool Foundation in September 2006, she worked as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager for a bank as well as a wholesale mortgage lender.
